At Home Farm we offer just that. We want your team to get away from the office for the day or night - and reconnect with nature and each other.
Home Farm is a dry hire venue only 13 miles from central London and 20 miles from Luton Airport. Surrounded by the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we provide a blank canvas for your corporate retreat.
You can hire in your own suppliers, or work with ours to organise team activities and cater for your corporate group. Our large tipi and outdoor barn provide space for meetings, networking, entertaining, dining and dancing! And our 150 acre meadow, woodland and lake give you and your team time to unwind, relax and explore.
We also offer 12 charming bell tents and yurts for up to 40 guests to stay overnight in their own bed, all the while being a hop, skip, Uber or tube from London.

Our idyllic 150-acre country Estate sits on the Hertfordshire / London border - just 13 miles from Central London and 20 miles from Luton Airport in case you have anyone coming from overseas. With long-grass meadows, secluded lake and wild woodland for your team to explore. Escape from the office, and reconnect in the great outdoors.
A Blank Canvas
We offer the site on a dry hire basis, giving you the flexibility to create a bespoke corporate retreat. You can use our local and trusted suppliers, or your own if you’d prefer. Whether it’s a BBQ or fine dining in our meadow, team building activities from archery, yoga to bushcraft, we can help to organise your retreat.
Stay For Longer
We can sleep up to 52 guests in our 12 gorgeous glamping tents with double beds and cosy bedding. We also have the space in our meadow for more bell tents if the whole team wants to stay for a corporate retreat! Escape to the great British countryside - and return to the office feeling relaxed and refreshed.
