You can unsubscribe at any time, either by using the unsubscribe option in any of our newsletters or by emailing info@homefarmglamping.com. We use a third party provider, Mailerlite, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies including clear gifs to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.
When you contact us via email
When you make an enquiry via email, the information in the email will only be used to respond to your request or question. We try to respond to email queries as promptly as possible but it can take the team up to 48 hours to respond to email queries especially at busy times, so please be patient with us.
When you book with us
When you book with us, we collect your name, email address, home address and phone number through our secure reservations systems called Innstyle. As part of our contract with you, we will use the contact information provided to update you about the status of your stay, provide essential information about the site and correspond with you about your stay and any questions you may have.

When you enter a prize draw
Occasionally, we may run a prize draw for our subscribers. We will be clear at the time about the terms and conditions of the draw and will not publicly disclose the name of the winner unless we have their consent to do so.
Links to other websites
In order to be able to provide you additional services such as catered meals and booking services, some of the links in our website will take you to third party websites for these services.
